Rosemary is one of the most versatile herbs in the garden. Fresh and dried, you can use it in cooking and baking, brewing tea or use for hair tonic, soaps and bath products. Also as a medicinal plant, it has proven itself and helps with many complaints. Rosmarinus officinalis was therefore chosen as the medicinal plant of the year in 2011. Incidentally, the botanical name is composed of the Latin words 'ros' (dew drops) and 'marinus' (sea). Translated, it means as much as "sea-dew".
