Impressive are the huge and fragrant flowers and of course the delicious fruits. It is favorable to put the plants outdoors in the summer. You need a lot of sun. The care is not difficult, only problem is the hibernation.
 
The care of the dragon fruit plant is uncomplicated. The only problem in many places is their enormous growth. In good conditions, the climbing cactus grows very fast and sticks to everything that is nearby. However, it can easily be directed in any direction and height, you just have to give it a framework. Hylocereus undatus is very adaptable and does not need much care. Important are plenty of sun and a suitable, very well-drained substrate. The vessel should not be too big, otherwise the growth will increase.
