Aloe vera is an undemanding and robust ornamental and useful plant. In the Central European climate, it thrives magnificently as a houseplant in the sunny spot or in the greenhouse. With sexual maturity aloe makes plenty of side shoots, from which easily new plants can be pulled.
Aloe is not only a great medicinal plant - it is also an eye-catcher for every garden. It is relatively insensitive to diseases and pests and thrives well in warm, bright places. Only permanently cold temperatures below 10 ° C, dark places and too much water does not tolerate them.
